Covid-19 Claims Update

Since the UK Government imposed a lockdown from 23rd March 2020 our team have been continuing to support insurance brokers and their customers who have still being using their vehicles and unfortunately experiencing claims which have rendered their vehicles a total loss.

Whilst overall road use has reduced significantly total losses have continued to be reported with incidents ranging from theft of vehicles to fire claims. We are delighted to confirm 100% of claims have been settled giving customers reassurance in these challenging times. Insurance brokers who have provided their customers with our GAP products whether it is a consumer or a corporate fleet have confidence in the value these insurance policies deliver.
